At the time of engagement Riviera was an established creative event agency with 4 offices in Mainland China and was looking to expand across the region, drive growth, and attract a new calibre of leading corporate clients

Marketing & Communications Strategy Development

We created and delivered a marketing strategy that drove an average 33% year on year revenue growth for the business over a 4-year period across Greater China and Southeast Asia, working with globally recognised brands, from financial services to big tech, government, hospitality & more. We established a strong brand presence as the premium event provider in the region.

Rebrand & Website Launch

To capture the attention of global leading brands and enter the next stage of growth for Riviera, we project managed the rollout of a new brand and visual identity, as well as a new website – a key lead generation channel.

Pea&Nut provides monthly Google Ad management that includes the provision of analytics and insights, new campaign and market testing, and lead generation strategy development.
