The Challenge
In 2020 the Advisory Board Centre was a rapidly growing professional body based in Australia being called into international markets. The organisation wanted to meet the opportunity presented by increasing demand and new markets in a managed way. They had no dedicated marketing and communications strategy or resource at the time, but a whole lot of ambition. See how the journey has evolved since then. From setting the foundations to rapid international market expansion, a total brand identity refresh and driving growth through robust lead generation strategies.

Growth Marketing Strategy
With no existing marketing strategy in place and audacious plans for growth we curated an integrated marketing strategy for the Australian and international markets. This included content ideation and planning, establishment and delivery of an email marketing strategy, LinkedIn social media strategy, identification of partner collaborations, speaking opportunities and more.
Brand Refresh & Website Launch
An extensive brand refresh across the entire organisation alongside a redevelopment and redesign of the website was rolled out to mark the maturing of the organisation and the sector. With international market expansion on the horizon and increasingly sophisticated partners engaging with the group, a new look and feel was needed to evolve the brand.
LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads
We created, implemented and actively manage numerous paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google globally for the group.
Lead Generation & Market Development
When we first engaged with the Advisory Board Centre they were actively engaged in the Australian and New Zealand markets. Covid provided the opportunity to deliver their executive education programs virtually and opened the door to international expansion. We supported with tailoring and driving the marketing, advertising and lead generation efforts for Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, the UK and Europe, US and Canada over a number of years.
Creative Asset Development
We have supported the group with the design and development of research reports and infographics, brochures, email marketing templates, presentation decks, proposal templates, promotional social assets and the like.
Growth Marketing Insights & Reporting
We dive into the data as it relates to marketing, paid campaigns and lead generation, website optimisations, and sales efforts on a monthly basis, providing insights that help shape future decision- making. All with a growth lens.
Internal Resource Mentoring & Training
As the organisation has grown, internal marketing resourcing has been an evolving element for the group and Pea&Nut has played a key role in interviewing, training, and mentoring internal marketing resources, supporting their induction, executing the strategy, and providing support where required.
